Engine 1.) Complete engine less than 10 races on engine to include
Hilborn fuel injection, injector stacks, air cleaner, fuel pump, all
fuel system, stock cams, oil tank, oil cooler, complete electronic
ignition, electrical wiring harness, on/off switch, start button, clutch
master cylinder, clutch master cylinder handle, u-joint, through out
bearing assembly, torque tube, drive line, direct drive system, motor
plate to fit 03 Stealth car header stock muffler, two different styles
of collectors one with a muffler other one is open. Engine is still
sealed
Engine 2.) Complete engine less then 5 races on engine. This is a long
block comes with the new head gasket, after market cams, new cam belt
and ready to have the injectors and electronics mounted. This engine
comes with the clutch pressure plate, fly wheel, and starter. Engine is
not sealed
Also included is an engine shipping crate, two engine stands, and any
extra Ford Focus parts in the shop. Priced together but will separate
Engine 1.) $5500.00, Engine 2.) $2500.00. Buyer pays freight/shipping.

FOCUS MIDGET ENGINE PARTS KIT

SCREAM, Inc. of San Miguel, CA has announced a new components
package designed for "sportsman" Midget racing. Founders of the
acclaimed Ford Focus Midget Series, the company has been providing
engines and service to that program on an exclusive basis since the
series got underway in 2002. The new program will allow competitors in
various sportsman divisions to purchase a complete package of
components, allowing them to put together their own Focus Midget Engine.
According to Vice President Mata Iaia, "Over the last 8 months we have
seen a big increase in interest from individuals who want to utilize our
proven package, but for a variety of reasons, they do not need the
engine itself to be of the sealed, USAC-legal variety. This new program
will service these customers economically and efficiently".
Company President Keith Iaia sees this as an exciting new chapter
for the product he conceived "We just have so many guys calling us that
want to save some money by putting their own engine together. They want
the performance and the reliability we have developed with our products,
and they want that starter and clutch, but they don't compete in a USAC
division so they don't need the sealed engine service that we provide.
Some of these guys even want to hop these engines up a little - we had
one customer last year that missed winning opening night at the Chili
Bowl by a whisker. This new package is meant to take care of these
important customers.
The new package comes with all components needed to produce a
complete Ford Focus Midget engine including all fuel system, exhaust,
driveline, ignition and lubrication components. "The only stuff you
don't get is a battery and a radiator. We even include a motor plate to

Norwood Arena Wanted
Does anyone have any photos of midget racing at Norwood Arena?
I would love to add more on the midgets to the Norwood Arena Speedway web site www.norwoodarena.com. There is a long history
of NEMA at that track and I have very little material to work with.
