        Change Article 7.16d: to read, “Production-based iron engine cars will
        be allowed a twelve inch right rear wheel and a ten inch left rear wheel”.

        Tire Rule 1:    “Only 4 new tires a race night or weekend per car. You
        may use more than one on any position of the car. Each tire will be
        marked with a color for the night. Any unused tires must be re-marked
        for the next race. Old tires do not have to marked. If you use more than
        the allowed tires you will start in the rear of the field and not be
        eligible for the Hard Charger Award.”

        Submit a new engine package: “It will be an opposed 4-cylinder all
        aluminum Subaru engine available in the Impreza/WRX passenger
        cars. It will utilize a currently approved ignition system. This engine
        will fall under the guidelines for production-based engines pursuant to
        Article 7.9d (1) DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder, 145 c.i.d.
